Soul Africa Foundation is an extension of Soul Africa Group Pty Ltd. The Foundation is focused on youth development in areas of Education, Arts and Culture and Entrepreneurship. It has initiated and supports activities in various communities such as annual sporting events, sports academy which consists of soccer and netball to try and combat crime and get the youth off the streets, a bursary scheme, tutoring and mentoring for high school and tertiary students. Soul Africa foundation is committed to community development and identify and develop talented youth from these communities.

With lack of job opportunities being at the heart of the many challenges in our communities, Soul Africa foundation is also focused on identifying and SME’s from the communities that can partner and work with Soul Africa group in their projects. This allows for job creation and the development of the SMS’s. Our business is labour intensive, and we are able to create jobs and transfer skills in the areas where we operate. Locals SME’s are given preference particularly where skills are available or can be transferred. We support disadvantaged communities for them to become empowered. This is done through education and training of meaningful skills that are in demand in both the formal and the informal sectors.
